Basic Photo Package.
$175 $150 + $25 for each additional photograph
With this package, you get 25 individual and unique photographs, which are fully edited and color corrected! If you need more than the allocated 25 photographs, each additional photograph is $25.This package is recommended for homes under 1400 sq. ft.
Standard Photo Package.
$330 $299 + $25 for each additional photograph
With this package, you get up to 35 individual and unique photographs, which are fully edited and color corrected, along with up to 5 fully edited 6.4k resolution drone photographs. With our DJI Mavic 4 Pro, which isn’t even being sold in the United States yet, you get access to the cleanest drone photographs money can buy! If you need more than the allocated 35 photographs, each additional photograph is $25. This package is recommended for homes over 1500 sq. ft.
The Full Package!
$650 $599
The Full Package! With this package, you get access to EVERYTHING! Not only do you get up to 40 individual and unique photographs, which are fully edited and color corrected, 5 high-resolution drone photographs, but also a full 4k 3D scan of your entire house with our brand new Matterport 3D Pro, along with a complementary 2D floor plan! Want more than the allocated 40 photographs? We will shoot as many as you request at no extra cost! This package is recommended for all homes!
With social media and video in general becoming more and more relevant in terms of getting fresh eyes on your listings, we decided to offer our additional $200 video house walk-throughs in 3 distinct styles, which you can choose from. Tailored maid to make your property stand out!
Style 1: The Traditional Walkthrough. Think HGTV. Long, smooth shots, soothing music, showing the space in its entirety. Recommended length: 2 minutes.
Style 2: The Elevated Walkthrough. A bit faster paced than the traditional walkthrough, with light speed ramping and faster paced music. Great for putting on a listing! Recommended length: 60 seconds.
Style 3: The Social Media Walkthrough. This style is fast-paced, with speed ramps, fast-paced music, and often with visual effects. Filmed vertically, this style is eye-catching and is meant to be put in places that support vertical videos, like Instagram Reels and TikTok. Recommended length: 30-60 seconds.
